Extra white and superfine Barite is the most efficient mineral when the goal is to replace titanium dioxide (TiO2).
Depending on its average particle diameter, whiteness and chemical purity, Barite as a titanium dioxide extender can replace 10% to much larger volumes, depending on the formula of the paint.
